Golden Standard Calculator in Excel

Recently I have heard of the "Golden Standard" formula for comparsion of achievements across bodyweights and eras, but I've never seen the formula. Could somebody paste it here?

Attached to this post is a golden standard percentage calculator in Excel for the snatch, clean and jerk, and total. Just plug in the weights and names, if you desire, and out comes their percentages.
