Lifter is up to the test
US' Hamman stays in the clear

Hamman, who can squat more than 1,000 pounds, takes multivitamins and Motrin.

A quote from the 2005 USDA Guide to Prohibited Substances.

THE USE OF VITAMINS, MINERALS, HERBS, AMINO ACIDS AND OTHER DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS IS COMPLETELY AT THE ATHLETE’S OWN RISK OF COMMITTING A DOPING VIOLATION.

Any thoughts on taking a multivitamin? I have been for years as I don't think I can get it from food alone. I also don't think I could eat the amount required to get the daily value required.
If I was doing any better, I would be twins!!!

This is claimed to be the only one approved by USOTC and USAW.  It is supplied to and used at the USOTC Colorado.  It is tested and certified to be free from taint.  It is called Life Pak and it is only sold direct sales.

No I am  not a distributor but I would be if it was something I wanted to do.

BTW Pharminex is a nutracutical company out of Utah and own the propriateary rights to a device called a bio-photonic scanner which is scientifically accepted to be able to measure anti oxidant levels in the cells in a non invasive way.
