I am trying to locate Arlyss C Kovach, nee Johnson.
My purpose is to request her advice in the training of a young basketball player, 19 years old, now in the USA.
I am quite comfortable using this exchange for all communication.
Arlyss , you and I last met playing a basketball game at Malaga Cove circa 1990.
I was impressed with your speed, and always wondered if some of that came from Olympic lifting.
This is my first time on this forum, so I am not at all clear as to how it actually works.
