<< < (2/3) > >>

Arturo Gómez:
is true, 4 litres, no 4 gallon, sorry.
But 4 litres I think may be of heavy digestion.

It's got to be better than the gallon of beer I usually drink...

Well calories is the point. And yes, Rippetoe warns there will be fat. But that's okay for me - all I care about is riasing the amount of weight I can lift. Health and appearance are second. I need to grow.

Milk also has a chemical in it that is supposed to help growth - aside the fact it is everything a growing mamal needs. But all Iam sure of is it will be alot easier to drink th calories I need than eat them. I am sick of eating focking rice. Seriously, it takes like an hour of non stop chewing to eat lunch. Better to just start drinking food.

Talk to your friends if you like.I'd be interested to hear how muc and what sort of weight they gained, plus strength increase.

Andy Dick:
Ill try to remember to talk to him today.  I know at the height of my weight gain I was taking down 3 gallons a week.  Much less than a gallon a day but I didn't mind it, I like milk.  I did get a bit gassy though.
