Is Abajiev Telling the truth ??????????????

Some questions arose in my mind.

Also all sprinters do a lot of squats, an athletic movement that has little to do with running outside that building generic legs strenght
Furthermore there is on YouTube a clip with Usain Bolt doing power cleans, and dont tell me that Bolt doesnt have peak results like runner!

And why Abajiev doesnt talk about the poverty of bulgarians and the subsequent fact that they did live in the gym and he could train them more than 4-5 times a day?
Many athletes got great results, true, but how many injuried for every world champion?
Would have Abajiev obtained the same results in another country?

So is Abajiev Telling the whole truth, or he is just using the results of the athletes to get ahead??
Repeating some basic biological notions without revealing the true Bulgarian system?

He has changed the "Bulgarian system" over the years, for a start, and everyone seems to have different ideas about what it actually is. But I don't think he holds anything back except for the steroid use. He has since coached his system in America, and so it is being tried in different countries. Also, athletes all over the world have adapted aspects of his ideas that they liked and did well with it.
 
I have taken some of his ideas, but I do not agree with everything. I have a background in Muay Thai (Thai styled kick boxing) myself, and this has really changed mine own approach to how I started weightlifting. I was already familiar with breaking beyond exhaustion doing 8+ hours a day of intense training. I like to think this gave me an edge and a view others might not have had, Abadjiev included.

So basically before, when you used to do this training with many repetitions,
our weightlifters looked completely different, they had much bigger muscles.
But Yakoblev[?] says that this actually prevents the main fiber from functioning correctly.
It does not give it strength, even though it looks bigger.

But bodybuilders do over ten reps,
between 10 and 1 reps there is a zone at 2-3 reps where there is not hyperplasia but the same effects that at 1 rep but with less stress.
