I liked this video.
Moreover, I and my team use the technique of theese men to the jerk. For us, is much more effective than the modern. Curiously, our friends of other teams in Uruguay, that use the modern, have serious problems in the jerk.
I made not biomechanical measurement nor statistical experimental design to proof this assertion. But is my experience.
