Topic: Pan-Am host Nation gets full roster?

Hey guys,
 
Canada is hosting the Pan-Am games in 2015, and I was wondering if this meant they automaticly get to have a full team of lifters?
 
I also am wondering if a full team for a host Nation would mean two lifters per weight class (one being an alternate).
 
Lastly (bare with me lol), is there wild cards? Does the governing body hand wild cards to some athletes that missed qualification but they feel deserve to be at the Games?
