Some people told me that all lifters use drugs, so I could never compete with them. I tried to remain optomistic and deny it. But how true is it? Is it just some? Not many? Most? All? Tell me what you think. Thanks/
Albert B. Gonzalez:
if your worried about what others are using for training other than pure will your in the wrong sport.
Chris Ⓐ LeRoux:
The drug situation is bad in weightlifting, but in America the bigger problem is the idiocy and injustice of the USAW.

--- End quote --- This has got to be the stupidest thing I've read in a long time, and don't tell me I'm in the wrong sport. If someone is cheating in order to beat you in competition unfairly and take your medal, glory, money and well deserved self satisfaction of out doing the competition and even yourself, then yes it worries me and there's nothing wrong with that.

I don't care if body builders or whatever want to use drugs. They just shouldn't compete in drug free competition. They don't belong there. It boggles me to think what kind of craven character would lie about such a thing. Winning is supposed to be about glory, but there's no glory in cheating unless your brain is f*cked.
If anyone had to put a % on the amount of Olympian weightlifters in drugs, what would your guess be, but?
