A stop for a few days, cause clean the house after reforms and construction. Two days charging stones up to the hill. General phisical preparation as our old coaches used say. The lumbar resisted well this work.

I´m reaching now the "zero nivel", goal of the pre - musulation phase.


= bodyweight in control
= reasonable nivel in elementary exercises
= articular and muscular health
= specifical mobility
= better respiration and ressistence.


Now, is the phase of squat, (front and back), press, pull or dead lift (in dependence of safety of equipaments) and (I expect) one olimpic lift (light) per training.

Nutritional aspect: many fruits, meal, green leaves and a few variated carbos.

I discovered, that in my particular case, exercises as front squat, semiolimpic and press give an extra estimulation to strength and energy, comparing with the elementary musculation exercises. We are surprised at home, how the change to a new phase improve my work energies.
I hope the effect stays when i begin to load more significative weights

Only fruits and coffee in the breakfast, and meal and legumes in the lunch, less digestive difficult and more dinamisme (in my own singular case).
