Not a diary yet, but a periodic...

I`m near of 50, and the last year, for many causes (study, new work, house construction)I stayed very sedentary.
So, before begin once again with weightlifing, I must take care of weakenesses what may cause problems. I`m begining with a pre - musculation phase to avoid future injuries.
If this run well, I´ll pass to a real musculation phase (squat, press, dead lift, pulls), and so to the classical lifts (probably i will make in the previous phases some light classical lifts).
The parameters are:
weight: 90 kgs
age: 50 years
previous injuries: a dislocated shoulder in snatch (I cannot more make squat in snatch, now is only with french technique), and a broken cross ligament ( I made surgery, with good result, but a blood circulation in the leg was affected).
Former results:
snatch 100
clean and jerk 140
front squat 190
squat 255
press 112,5
dead lift 280

Still under control. More facility of moviments, less pain, better respiration. Few time to train but well and safetily employed.

I' m thinking that in few days i'll finish the pre - musculation phase because i'm feelling a good blood circulation, good moviments and positions in the articulations, good muscular response, and reasonable positions for front squat.
The next phase - real musculation - will have squats, dead lifts (light weighst the first times), press and pulls, more 2 or three suplementary exercises if necessary.
I must improve my frequency of training, and if it is possible, gradually begin to include some olimpic and semiolimpic exercises.
The objective of that phase will be reach good weights in basic exercises, and begin an especifical adaptation to olimpic lifts and fix their technical details.
(is very good for me: not calendary, not federation, not coaches, not Olimpic Comite)

Last weeks a bit slow doubt to work and study. New: we made a plane floor of strong concrete in our hill, destined to be a future weightlifting stage.
