I`m near of 50, and the last year, for many causes (study, new work, house construction)I stayed very sedentary. So, before begin once again with weightlifing, I must take care of weakenesses what may cause problems. I`m begining with a pre - musculation phase to avoid future injuries. If this run well, I´ll pass to a real musculation phase (squat, press, dead lift, pulls), and so to the classical lifts (probably i will make in the previous phases some light classical lifts). The parameters are: weight: 90 kgs age: 50 years previous injuries: a dislocated shoulder in snatch (I cannot more make squat in snatch, now is only with french technique), and a broken cross ligament ( I made surgery, with good result, but a blood circulation in the leg was affected). Former results: snatch 100 clean and jerk 140 front squat 190 squat 255 press 112,5 dead lift 280
