Weight lifting shoes
« on: Jan 01, 2012, 07:19 PM »
Anyone know of a good resource for weight lifting shoes that come in wide, like EE, widths. My current shoes are not that comfortable to wear after about 1hr. I did order some custom shoes last July but efforts to contact the company have not resulted in any respones or updates on the order.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Most of the time, I have used the common shoes, without difference with the commercial weighlifting shoes.

I have wide feet, and I like the Kanama KW1 shoes- they have a wide last, and the leather contours well after a few weeks.

Other wide options are Risto and Do-Win. Risto's were a bit heavy for my liking, but well made with leather and a wood heel. I have only owned the old suede Do-Wins, so I can't speak to the current offerings.
