I love watching this video.  What a feat a strength.  I remember I was a kid when this happened and everyone was talking about "pocket hercules."  Funny is it didn't matter to me much then but now its a huge deal, funny how things change as you get older.

The other funny thing is how powerful he was, he must be a walking type 2 fiber, because he lifts massive weights lb for lb of bw and looks strong, but doesnt look like a meatsickle like some of the body builders.

Agree, and observe that his anatomical proportions are very singular, they give to him a great biomechanica for weghtlifting.
