Accidents are not criminal, though "reckless disregard" can make them so, so to speak. The fact that you damage someone's property means you must recompense them, even if its an accident. But, if there is no reckless disregard, its not criminal but civil. Drunk driving IS legal. It is the government that is illegally searching people and punishing them for it which is illegal. They are violating hundreds and even thousands of years of law in ignoring lawful requirements for standing and they are hiding the fact they are violating the law through misdirection and outright fraud, for example the establishment of countless kangaroo courts, star chambers, operating outside the judicial system entirely (bills of attainder). Your analysis of the anarcho-capitalist system is flawed, based on ignorance of our private aggression-coercion-fraud insurance and private arbitration and security systems. First you have to understand how it would function before trying to criticize it. Your criticisms merely prove the evil of the present system.

Ok, thanks for answering the question on the drunk driving.  I will agree I am not well versed on anarcho-capitalism, I thought that is why you were here to educate us.  That is why I am discussing/asking questions.  Perhaps an off-topic thread with more detailed explaination?

Andy, just listen or read this book. I don't mind answering questions but it would be more efficient to absorb this book first and then discuss these things. It certainly doesn't address every nuance of anarcho-capitalist theory but it is the best overall introduction IMO, out of the books I have read so far:
