Ok.

So would the answer to my question on "Does the threat of breaking the non-aggression principle even though it has not been acted out warrant violence against someone?"

Be yes also?

A threat would have to be imminent and defensive violence proportional. For instance, if someone says, "I am going to kick your ass next week," the NAP would not justify you pulling your gun and shooting them.

the non aggression principle fail becauses it assumes people are reasonable and not self interested, basically it is bulls***
There is no shortage of stories where a small business person has been hit with tens of thousands or more of legal costs from their own lawyers. Then there is the potential of having to pay for the other sides legal costs if the small business person loses

The non-aggression principle assumes no such thing. If such an assumption was made, there would be no need for the NAP. No reason to have the right to self-defense if everyone is reasonable and won't commit violence. You are absolute proof that not everyone is reasonable as you are fantastically excited to point guns at the entire world to forbid them control over their own bodies. John Way fails to understand that which he mocks, because he is intent on initiating violence against people through his agents and doesn't want to hear about anyone having a right to disobey and defend themselves. John Way is a tyranny-lover.

this from a guy who claims most of what hitler did was legal, and is forever internally twisted because he was fooled in choosing a foreign qualification venue versus a domestic one for the 1992 Games! get over yourself CDL we all make mistakes

Chris really Mary Jane is cheap & plentiful and many people use it for a variety of reasons,

but drugs like Coke & Heroin are different, very, you are naive enough to believe that drug dealers havent created drug addicts, by shooting up relatively innocent kids just to make a  few bucks?

the supply & demand market equation is clearly irrelevant when comparing drug categories as
there are many fake markets created

if coke & heroin were as cheap as food there would still be headless torsos and violence as per mexico!

Hitler was elected, by people just like you that believe their violence doesn't stink. And they passed laws to "legalize" all their violence, just as you want your violence against people who consume things you don't like to be legal. Pot, heroin, and cocaine are ILLEGAL in Mexico- hence the violence, and pot is NOT cheap, runs ~$400 an ounce for decent stuff, not even great stuff, in Florida. Its cheaper in places where its been partially decriminalized of course like California. In a free market, it would surely run well under $200 an ounce for high-quality kind bud. Bringing up the 1992 thing out of the blue seems to be an act of desperation, changing subjects merely to launch some kind of strange personal attack that I don't give a crap about. Seems typical of your emotional obsession with me.

Perhaps it is all your emotion which makes you incapable of understanding reason. Anarcho-capitalists do not say there will be no crime without government. We simply say private aggression-coercion-fraud insurance integrated via voluntary contract with private arbitration and security is the only just foundation for a peaceful and free society, meaning everyone equal under the law. Violence, which is the nature of government, cannot produce peace, freedom and prosperity. The fact is that ALL authoritarians like THEIR violence, their tyranny, their rules and think anyone who opposes their vision needs to be suppressed by force. You want to control what every person in the world puts in their body, to drive the expense for what they want up radically and deny access to arbitration and security for violence done to them if they disobey you thus creating the crime you complain about, are willing to point guns at them and shoot them through your agents to achieve it, are willing to imprison millions upon millions, or billions, of completely peaceful people and force completely un-involved taxpayers [slaves] to pay for it, willing to ruin people and their families over their choice of pot over alcohol, or cocaine over tobacco, or heroin over potato chips, willing to create a total police state, tanks in every neihborhood and cameras in every home presumably, in every corner of the world, at taxpayer [slave] expense, and then you have the nerve to complain about some gang, in an area controlled by government which theoretically is supposed to be responsible for preventing such gangs but like everything with government fails. And, you don't even see that article you linked absolutely demonstrates the utter failure of government in the realm of arbitration and security. That gang is penny ante compared to the crimes you passionately advocate for.
