Any "law" which violates the non-aggression principle is in fact a crime:

can the truth ever be a form of aggression, or is better to lie and misled people so they can remain in their state of total delusion?
There is no shortage of stories where a small business person has been hit with tens of thousands or more of legal costs from their own lawyers. Then there is the potential of having to pay for the other sides legal costs if the small business person loses

9kgs of cocaine is a trivial amount I am sure compared with just what the Mexican cartels smuggle across the border to America daily, or compared to the amount of alcohol produced by a major label hourly. To declare one who prefers cocaine over alcohol a criminal is nothing but ignorant bigotry motivated by the lust of politicians using the drug war to enrich their own power and perks. The drug war is primarily responsible for the militarization of the police and rapidly growing police state. It is pure and utter evil. If you don't like cocaine, don't use it, don't trade in it, and speak out against its use. But commit violence against others over your dislikes, and you are a criminal no matter what piece of paper of politicians or attorneys say different. Remember, everything Hitler did in Germany was "legal." This is meaningless. Any "law" which violates the non-aggression principle is evil and criminal, and those who violate them are heroes.

by the way it is common knowledge that hitler went to jail & wrote a book, kinds of reminds me people who speaks of their "struggles" when in reality they are just losers like hitler!

That article is a wonderful example of how government equals chaos, not order. It is the fact that the drugs are made "illegal" which creates the extraordinary profit and incentive to [violent] crime, directly caused by the inability to acquire arbitration and security due to the market being "black." What is the state's answer to the fact that their violence, the drug war, has caused an escalation, cartels fighting back? Escalate the violence more and attack civilian areas to achieve a complete police state. Remember, government cannot keep "illegal" drugs out of their jails.
