By making the capitalists in these industries "outlaws", the state makes it impossible to report when someone commits real crime and it forbids market solutions to such crimes at the same time [private insurance-arbitration+security]. Violence against other competitors and customers cannot simply be assumed without evidence any more than it could in any other industry- innocent until proven guilty and all that stuff no one cares about these days. Thus the state is directly responsible for all the crime that results, by initiating the crime in the first place with its theft-slavery-taxation, unlawful searches and seizures, prohibition of private property they don't want to buy and criminalization of free trade. Violence against the government's unjust suppression of private property rights is self-defense and proper, though suicidal.
Further, there is nothing necessarily destructive about getting high. Mankind has been doing it since the beginning, and humanity continues to advance regardless. More people die from alcohol then all "illegal" drugs combined and then there is the rampant government-regulated and approved pain-relief distribution on top of it. Tobacco. Etc. So, we have a thourough police state that violates everyone's rights constantly in order to accomplish absolutely nothing except tyranny, higher prices for what people want and putting millions of peaceful people in prison at the expense of millions upon millions more peaceful taxpayer-slaves. The drug war has done a wonderful job of building a militarized police state, punishing innocent people, wasting money, and spreading suffering in the name of protecting people from themselves. The drug war is a war on people. The drug war is evil tyranny and unlawful violation of individual rights, and constitutional rights, if you believe in the fairy tale of a piece of paper limiting government tyranny. Yet, somehow we are supposed to condemn someone selling a product people want to buy. Amazingly backward thinking, or forward toward totalitarianism....

In this lifter's case, it is true we cannot speculate if impingement on human rights occurred in the processing and distribution of the product. Yet we know for much of the drug that comes into the country "human rights violations do occur." When parallelled to alcohol there is much less.
I do not agree with you when you compare the fatality rate between alcohol to coccaine. There is a different in two regards as I see it. First, coccaine is highly more addictive than alcohol even after the first use. Alcohol does not have this affect. Both alcohol and coccaine do take a toll on the body and abuse can be fatal to self and others this is agreed upon. However, one can say that there is higher fatality rate with alcohol abuse because it is legal and easier to get a hold of. I hazard a guess that the numbers may move closer to equal if coccaine was legalized and easily and widely distributed as alcohol.
Is the war on drugs in many regards a farce yes, since there are drugs that are not as lethal or highly addictive. However, at the same time it is that law and we should be follow it. If we don't like it we try to get it changed. Your picture under you name states "anarchy is freedom" yet in my opinion anarchy will ultimately produce less freedom, that is why we need laws. As I stated before human nature will dictate that with anarchy individuals will use it to suppress other's freedoms because there is no law set to govern these people. One may argue that for society to survive certain laws will instinctively remain because we will not all be running around killing each other since we need other people to survive. Yet what will happen is certain individuals will rise to power by taking certain people's freedoms away by promises or persuasion and instill a set of rules that keeps him and those he chooses in power or on top once they reach a level of power. Without a set of laws to govern human conduct we will eventually reach chaos.

The only reason there is more violence associated with the cocaine or heroin market versus the alcohol market is because they are "illegal." If it were legal, people would have the same protection under the law when buying and selling it as any other product. The statistics are really irrelevant, though I assure you alcohol is correlated with both violent crimes and accidental overdose to a greater extent than all other drugs. Freedom means the right to make your own decisions, even if they are self-destructive. Potato chips, fatty foods, sugary drinks, tobacco, etc to infinity are bad for you. No one else's business what you put in your body or voluntarily sell to voluntary buyers. Someone could buy bleach and drink it. No reason to outlaw bleach. Someone could buy a gun and commit murder. No reason to outlaw guns. It is the suppression of free trade and private property which is unlawful. It is the drug war which is theft funded by theft, which violates everyone's right to privacy and property, etc. Stopping these criminal thefts and tyrannies means less crime, immediately. Just because those committing the crimes claim they represent the "law" doesn't mean they aren't criminals. Remember nearly everything done by Hitler was "legal." Any rule in violation of the non-aggression principle is criminal. In fact, equality under the law is only possible in a state of anarchy. With governments, those who rule are legally allowed to commit crime- rob and call it taxes, enslave and call it conscription, murder and call it war, etc- things the slaves can't do. Government violates the non-aggression principle, and therefore rule of law, every time it steals and calls it taxes. Thus, all government is criminal. All services and commodities have been, are, and can be offered by private business without the criminality of government. Government is simply a thug which outlaws all competition to its tyranny. If you want to outlaw things that are bad for people, outlaw the drug war and indeed government itself. Government has and continues to be the greatest violator of individual rights and murders more people than all other entities combined- not even close. Government is an unnecessary evil. I will follow no rulers, only the non-aggression principle. I consider any attempt to enforce additional rules on me as an act of violence and will defend myself.

I don't care about this. Boevski will always be badass.
The coke adds to his badass character.

If there was justice, the criminals who stole Boevski's cocaine through an intrusive search in violation of his rights would go to jail and Boevski would be freed immediately, provided restitution for his lost time, business disruption and emotional suffering.

if cocaine was legal he probably wouldnt have the opportunity to make any real money anyhow, he actively chose to be a criminal, because of the rewards available
if a smoker offends me with their poisonous involuntarily shared habit would they mind if i shared my healthy micturition

There is no shortage of stories where a small business person has been hit with tens of thousands or more of legal costs from their own lawyers. Then there is the potential of having to pay for the other sides legal costs if the small business person loses

He actively chose to be a hero, for profit, by serving the consumer at great risk to himself and thus lowering the price for the desired commodity, through added competition.

fail, he should have used a jetboat and travelled via the magellan strait, at every greater risk to his safety but better chance of success, instead he chose the route most travelled! lmao
