Hello all,

The California Weightlifting Fund is providing a live webcast of the 48th Annual Golden West Open scheduled for Saturday and Sunday at California Strength in San Ramon CA.

This is a new experiment... check out the link below for live Video, Chat and Scoresheet update. I believe it works on Chrome, Safari, IE, Firefox on both Mac and PC.   www.californiaweightlifting.org/live.php

It will work on Chrome on Android phones (tiny picture) and Android Tablets (very pretty). Remember, it is data intensive so use the WiFi not the cell network.

Unfortunately, it will not work on iPhone or iPad due to lack of flash support.

The Chat and Video are provided by Justin.tv... you may need a free Login from Justin.tv to chat if you don't already have one.
