« on: Oct 13, 2011, 05:26 AM »
Hey,
For those of you who train similar to the Bulgarian Method, how many back off sets do younormally employ after a max, does this umber change throughout a cycle?

Cheers

Back-off sets for snatches and cleans are unnecessary. On the other hand, two sets of two reps is common with back squats and front squats at anywhere from 80 to 90% of your one-rep max with this type of training.
