I'd like to post my training log because there seems to be a higher level of quality here.
My goals are to get to a body-weight clean (for the time being). That should be about 100-105kg. My current best is a mere 75kg. My current age is 24 and I am 185cm and around 102kg last time I checked.
As it stands, I have a shoulder impingement problem I need to get looked at before I can snatch again or back squat. I am also training 2-3 times a week as more seems to gradually become detrimental. Right now, I have no regular gym so I am going here and there to train as I can.

Good luck with training RJohnson, a bwt clean seems like a good first step

I trained at UTM, the Mississauga campus of the University of Toronto. My misses on 67 and 72 were basically just not catching the bar high enough on the clavicles. The 75 miss was purely mental as I smoked it the second time; if you recall, 75kg is my old PR. The first attempt at 77 was just a little too low on the clavicles. I am pretty sure I could get it next week, maybe even 80kg. My legs were starting to get a little tired towards that point.
Another lifter there commented that my second pull was very strong but I was segmenting my first and second pulls and losing some momentum. My sometimes coach has told me the same thing. He also thinks that I am good for more weight and I tend to agree. 102.5kg is very likely to fall by Christmas, I think.
Next week, I will go 2.5kg high on my starting weights (52, 57, 62 etc).

Today's training was done at the local YMCA.
Crappy bars, expensive as hell. Not fun to stay at the YMCA!

Today's lifting was at UTM:
-Cleans: 20kgx2, 40kgx2, 42.5kgx2, 50kgx1, 52.5kgx2x1, 57.5x1, 62.5x1, 65x1, 67.5x0, 67.5x1, 70x1, 72.5x0 and a bunch of reps with 65, then 50 and 60kg.
I went off to Erindale to lift today but ended up waiting an hour and a half to get in due to some stupid ACE seminar which didn't even touch the bloody equipment. Anyway, today was really rushed and I was a little cold. I missed a couple lifts forward and so on and so on.
Lifting-wise, it was not the best day but I got some very good pointers from another lifter. My form and positions are apparently good but I am segmenting the two pulls. The lifter basically told me to start accelerating from the knees. Lo and behold it works.
He also agreed that I am capable of much more if I stop segmenting the pulls. Also, I was dropping the bar from my shoulders in the bottom because I was being lazy. Bad idea. Also, I need to work on catching the bounce from the bottom and not being at rock bottom and risking getting stacked.
Other ideas include: Stop dicking around with lighter weights. For example, 20kg, 40, 50, 60, 70 the take 5 and 2.5kg jumps. Do some power cleans on lighter weights to save the legs.
