Well, it is clearly to everyone that you, Chris, have a problem with the political situation. But that is absolutely not the topic here.
I find the question which is only about training very interesting. And I would be happy if that could be the focus of the discussion and
not anyone's personal problems or views of unrelated topics.

My post was exactly on topic- taxes and weightlifting. If you prefer a more censored forum, there are others.

Chris, it's discouraging just how many people don't get it. I'm glad you keep up the battle as well as you do.

Thanks, Tom, but I'm well used to it, though I really only talk and hang out with fellow freedom lovers these days. Hell, we were all brainwashed by the socialist public indoctrination system (or the state regulated private "schools"), with its pledges, demands to go where told every time a bell rings- like we are animals, requirement to ask permission to go to the toilet, etc. And over half the population currently receives stolen loot from the government. Changing the minds of the brainwashed and corrupted is almost always impossible. Fortunately, the more the government spends and regulates, the less its able to enforce its trillions upon trillions of ridiculous, unjust rules, the more tyrant personnel its having to fire, and the more I and those who value freedom can simply ignore them. Its so out of control now that really there is little reason to even pay attention to the government, as it is totally incompetent. I file no taxes and obey no tyranny, though they get their silly gas tax, the bastards.

Viktoricus asked how would you train the athletes. But I think he started this all wrong. What he forgot to mention is
that he is from a rich family. They made their fortune with selling lemon juice. And since he is so enthusiastic about
weightlifting he decides to donate a lot of his private money to support the national weightlifting program. So how
you would you TRAIN those athletes?

I wouldn't, if you were asking me personally. I wouldn't train anyone to compete in the USAW under any circumstances, since its evil, corrupt, and incompetent. I oppose their continued existence. But, if I was a billionaire, I might indeed try to start my own lifting organization and my own training center.

And how would be your training approach?

I favor the natural approach, similar to the bulgarian but with back squats (assuming the bulgarian method excludes them which is often debated).
