don't the meet directors just organise the people who run the competition, lifters, coaches & officials, any said records would be those that the USAW decides?

The fact is clear that the drug testing at the Arnold was suspicious, as let out the bag by a USAW BOD member, and that it was the unique nature of the Arnold which created this loophole in the testing. Instead of addressing the issues, a clampdown on information was implemented combined with insincere sophistry to cloud over the substantial issues involved. Then they were awarded the Olympic Trials, an apparent kickback. An investigation is needed though I am sure never going to happen. Anyone involved in laundering untested fake records through this fraud is complicit.
