I hope there is no laundering of fake American records this time.

I was contacted by someone involved in this situation and asked to clarify my views on the matter. I am making no specific accusations against any individual. However, the drug testing done at the last Arnold has come under suspicion, was announced by a USAW BOD member on a public forum to have allowed non-tested sessions to occur and possibly even [fake] American records to be set without drug testing. Until a full investigation is conducted to determine the truth of these assertions, I oppose the Arnold running any drug tested competitions in conjunction with non-tested events. Any records set at such a contest are extremely suspect and the awarding of the Arnold after these allegations is extremely disturbing, gives the appearance of a potential payoff and or intention to perform the same fraud again.

Having said that, I'm sure no one gives a damn what I think. ;)

Then it's a good thing that the entire Arnold Weightlifting Championships is drug tested! Well, drug tested according to WADA, USADA, IWF, and USAW protocols and standards.

Looking forward to an awesome 10th Arnold Weightlifting Championships. See you all there!!!

Wait, it was said last time the whole thing was tested, also. An investigation is needed to clear up these matters and rectify the results-records. Until such is achieved, I consider further Arnold contests to be suspect and immoral.

Yes, yes, that was the same ploy used last time- "The whole meet was tested; we just don't know if all sessions were tested."

This stinks to high hell.

isnt it up to the testers to determine who they want to test, independent of any wishes of the meet directors, national federations etc
There is no shortage of stories where a small business person has been hit with tens of thousands or more of legal costs from their own lawyers. Then there is the potential of having to pay for the other sides legal costs if the small business person loses

Sure, but it is incumbent on the host not to participate in organized fraud and bypassing of the rules on setting fake American records.
