i tried not jumping so wide when doing snatches today, few times i got it, other times i couldnt help it,and fell on my butt once haha and along with that snatch squats b4 that deads went light and than some ab wrk

I find it hard to focus on critiquing form from such an attractive chick... But anyway...



Your biggest issue is that you have to relearn second-pull and third-pull. That will solve 80 percent of your technique issues. Starting-position looks okay, speed under the bar looks okay, so what else is there to critique?

lol k i think u guys said most of what that needs too be fixed, i know i have an imbalance somewhere, somtimes i feel unbalanced, yea the pulls, i still pull with my biceps too somtimes ha

You weren't fully extending in the finish of the pull.

Also, there needs to be more acceleration at the point of maximum extension, wherever that is.
