Your back was "set" "better" in the older video than the newer video. Fix that first and foremost in both the pull and the recovery in the clean. A tighter back will give you "stronger" leverage.
Learn to catch the weights deep AND be explosive and GET strong!

yea ive been doing planks and cables and russian lunges for core, and on front squats i try too keep my back straight. i have my good days and bad days. if one of my muscles abs or back or trapts are haveing an off day than will effect the whole lift, yesterday i went up too 85kgs on front squats and did it 3 times went deep almost got stuck a few times. and day b4 that did snatches and snatch squats and snatch press.

If is not the case in the video, and is a more extremal case, exists a posibility of a ligament patology. I think good a medical opinion.

well my tendons are supposedly alittle longer than they should be and my patella is a little off slides extra by 15% acordinging too the xray, the doc told me not too do full squats and do half squats but thats baloniii doing half squats are worse

Doing goodmornings or back extensions with a tight arch will likely help. Snatch-grip presses will help strengthen the shoulders and upper back as well.
You could try widening your pulling stance a bit, and then try not to move your feet for the catch.

yes sir!! lol i will try the snatch thing 2marro. Thing is my back if u punched it u would break ur hand ha, ive been told i get lazy under the snatch.ehh
