If "second pull" is pull from more high than knees, I saw that a strong use of them is a great gerator of energy, health, muscles and power. But if the remaining of the work is not harmonious, the results are not proportionals to these improvements.

I like your post alot, some good thinking involved here...

Your right olympic lifts are pretty much unbeatable as power exercises... however answer this question:
Can you squat more than you can clean/snatch? - The answer is probably yes... or at least it should be. So if you want to increase strength stimulus by overloading a movement, you'll get greater overload out of a squat than out of a olympic lift.

In essence, without strength there is no power..

The squat is a foundational exercise of olympic lifting due to it being a part of the movement itself (recovery in both the clean and snatch), The squat also trains the fundamental element of leg propulsive strength (force against the floor, opposing gravity)so one of the best ways to improve the amount you can clean/snatch is to get your backsquat/front squat numbers up - as by overloading this movement allows you a greater base level from which to convert max strength to max power.
