One should be able to achieve in the power version about 90 percent of the result of the full version lift. However, what is your point viktoricus? Do you want to promote the bulgarian system?
@viktoricus: Do you know all the details how the bulgarians trained their athletes from beginners to world record holders? Plus the fact that each athlete requires specific training to work on his weaknesses. And today athletes train differently. Bulgarians aren't dominant anymore. Why then this passion for this system? Weightlifting evolves constantly. Why not adapt as well?
