At your point I wouldn't worry about PRs. Hell, this isn't a real PR. You can almost control
the weight on the way done. And you can successfully clean it although you do the first pull
in slow motion. You must work on technique. The weights will go up automatically. But the technique
is most important. PRs you can set in the squat.

Hmmm. I do find it easier to to put PRs on my squat and front squat....

remminds me of myself at age 17, before i joined a proper club (the number 1 club for that decade in the country), try and push the bar forward a inch or two away from the shins and then lower the hips by bending the knees more, this will save your back big time, as you will be utilising more of your legs and less of your back during the first pull, in the jerk you drove enough to successfully jerk the weight but failed to bring the front foot (planting the back foot early and short back isnt bad) enough forward, as much as possible and slightly off the ground, whilst during that you will dropp under the bar low enough that you initial drive (above your head) will ensure that successful jerk. You can easily work on that jerk, by putting the bar on the chest, start with the rear foot slightly behind , and the front foot slightly forward, dip and drive the bar, bring the front foot forward about a foot and a half , with hips low and under the bar catch position (use some tape for your foot positions), this will train your reflexes, balance and make your jerk more confident, Good Luck!

There is no shortage of stories where a small business person has been hit with tens of thousands or more of legal costs from their own lawyers. Then there is the potential of having to pay for the other sides legal costs if the small business person loses
