Snatches were ok, first 75 felt sloppy. I could not jerk to save my life. Below is a video of 75, 80, 107.5, 110, 102.5. Please post suggestions on techinqe. I also notice in snatch I catch the weight on my toes it seems then shifts back to my heels, is that bad?

I am going to end this journal.
For about three main reasons: I no longer feel I am still recovering as I can still lift pretty much I want in regards to my knee. I also was hoping to get some feedback on technique but I did not get any so I no longer will try. Finally, with my new work, getting a chance to train will be hard enough let a lone keep a journal going.
