Snatch - 195x1
PC&J - 220x3x3
PP - 180x5x2, 180x3x2
Arms and shoulders are still really sore, so no snatch PR yet.

BB Jumps - 85x6x2
Squats - 335x5 PR, 335x4x2, 335x3
Zombie squat - 255x2
Back extensions
The zombie squats were surprisingly hard. I think I'll do them a few times before putting regular front squats in.

Long time, no update.
I started training with Chad Vaughn a couple weeks ago and he is basically over-hauling my technique. My training has been less structured and has more light weight practice. I'm using a wider stance and grip on both lifts and starting with the bar much closer. Things are feeling better now, but I'm still not used to it. On the plus side, I'm lifting the same weight I have been, so hopefully the PRs will be rolling in after a couple more weeks.
