Andy,
Please don't take this the wrong way but from my view your issues didn't stem from programming but from a lack of on-site coaching, a lack of a base built while young, height without having filled out yet, and being on the later end of the age curve for elite lifting when you started. Effective programming long-distance, from my view, is only possible with the young and very talented, and even then it is of course inferior to on-hand coaching. This is why I stopped offering web coaching services. I don't believe in it anymore.

No offense taken, I do realize I am fighting an uphill battle. As I said in my last post it was partially why I switched. There were other factors in play as well that influenced my decision.
