Interesant, because many times you can apply the "preservation force" theorem.
A young, median lifter, records generally, says X, Y in snatch and C+J.
Supose absolute no training for two weeks.
Well, surely will no improvement, but no less tha 5%.
So, sometimes with only press and squat, we have a sensible improvement in short times in olimpic lifts.

Hi Aaron.   On the days that you can do the Olympic Lifts do Snatch 8 sets of 3 reps with progressive heavier weights finishing at your maximum.    Then do C & J 8 sets of 2 reps with progressive heavier weights finishing at your maximum.    Finish your workout by doing 10 sets of 3 reps of Back Squats with 10 kg increase in each progressive set.
On the days that you cannot do the Olympic Lifts I would suggest that you do 5 exercises like the ones you mentionned of 4 sets of 4 reps.    Don't try to lift heavy on these days just try to improve your technique no matter what assistance exercise you do,.  Every week maybe you can change a few of these exercises to motivate yourself.    Again it serves no purpose to go all out during these days.     Wait until you get into a real gym with Olympic Weights and a good coach and then you will have the background to go all out.    Good luck.
