looking for an article/program
«

I came across the blog olylift.blogspot.com while trying to create a program using the Roman text. The blog is basically correspondence between the author and Jim O'Malley, and Jim mentions sending him an 8-week program.
The author doesn't have access to the program, so figured I would try branching out to see if anyone might have it. I am having trouble selecting exercises and distributing the lift #'s over the days, so I figure looking at that may help.

If you know who Nick Curry is, master lifter based out of New York, brother is Butch Curry, he probably has a lot of example training programs written by Jim.

unfortunately I don't know who that is.
You're the guy who wrote that blog, aren't you? haha.
Mezzie replied to my query on another forum, he might be able to dig something up as his coach worked with O'Malley or something.
I'm working on putting together the first week, its taking forever! I think the blog definitely helps to fill in gaps that Roman may have left though, especially with regards to funneling intensities into certain days. I suppose if I had the medvedyev text I might be able to see what it looks like when its all put together (assuming roman's text is similar or a derivative of the medvedyev texts).
