I find the story unbelievable. An 18-19 year old national junior champion on the streets with a half-loaded revolver looking to mug someone? His family can afford to support his weightlifting but not to feed him or something? Are we to believe that the alleged victim refused to hand over whatever was demanded and so Peter just decided to shoot him? I am skeptical. Most people when confronted with a gun pointed at them would I think hand over what is demanded. Further, I don't trust cops. They are mostly just bullies looking to distribute unconstitutional bills of attainder-tickets-taxes to meet their quotas, and they are in fact criminals since their entire profession exists due to theft-taxation-slavery. A proper justice system would be built on private security-defense, private arbitration, and private aggression-coercion-fraud insurance rather than legalized theft-slavery. I expect cops to lie about everything.
