LSUS Weightlifting Saturday Workout Webcast

The lifters of LSUS Weightlifting are excited to announce that we will be web-casting our Saturday training session this weekend at 10 am central time. There will be two platforms being broadcasted one men's and one women's platform for the time being. Tune in and watch one of the nation's best gym's train for upcoming national and international meets.
