ok - almost month of training. Today:

Snatch: 3x55, 3x60, 3x65, 3x70, 3x75
CJ: 3x60, 3x70, 3x75, 3x80, 3x85
Back squat: 3x100, 3x110, 3x120, 3x130, 3x135


The trainer noticed that I try to pull up with the back too early and I don't elevate the legs enough. But now I'm paying attention to that part and I think the things are improving.

damn - my knees started to hurt during my rest days. Did you get that too and is it normal ?

today:

snatch - 1x3@ 50 , 1x3@ 60, 1X2 @ 65, 1x2 @ 70, 1 @ 75 kg  , rest 120/180 sec.
cj - 1x3 @ 60, 1x3@ 70 , 1x2 @ 80 , 1x2 @ 90 , 1x2 @ 95, 1 @ 100 kg, rest 120/180 sec.
front squat - 4x2 @ 100 kg

...and in conformity with what the trainer said - the knee pain passed through and the problem was caused probably by the adjustment of the joints to the new pressure.
