IronMind Spotlight on Kakhi Kakhiashvili: From the 1993 Worlds Training Hall
I sure wish I could lift as smooth as he does...In my opinion he has the greatest technique ever.

KK was all about minimal w/ maximal.
He would deliver so much into the bar
in such a tight window w/ a sudden subtlety
that pics can never do him the justice of vid.
Really looking fwd to when Frank posts the 90s and 100s from 92
along w/ all the rest (but the 52s and 56s have me hardly waiting).

There is no shortage of stories where a small business person has been hit with tens of thousands or more of legal costs from their own lawyers. Then there is the potential of having to pay for the other sides legal costs if the small business person loses

The 235 clean n jerk always stood out for me. If you watch the European championships 2011 105+ that Frank posted, no superheavy does what Kaki did @94
