Lifters not in Euro Championships

While looking at the start list for the Euros this week/weekend, I noticed that a few lifters I would like to see in the 105s aren't listed. Does anyone know why Marcin Dolega and Klokov aren't lifting? I can't seem to find much info on either of them with some Google searching.

Well Russia and Poland probably want to give other lifters (Konstantinov, Bonk etc...) a chance to lift and gain experience, as well as save some of their "big-guns" for the World Championships.
This is very common with countries with a deep talent pool.
