All,
Strength+ Magazine is providing and sponsoring the official webcast for the 2011 National Collegiate Weightlifting Championships at LSUS from April 8-10.
As this development occured within the last 3 hours, the details as far as page ads, replay, other sponsorship logos, etc. haven't been finalized yet, but here is the link in case you want to bookmark it early:
National Collegiate Weightlifting Championships
Coverage will stream live all weekend.
I will be in Shreveport to personally set up the web-cams and computers and such on Wednesday and will pass on instructions to the LSUS crew for Saturday and Sunday. I will be leaving on Friday evening, as Thursday is my daughter's 5th birthday, and although I will miss her ACTUAL birthday, I'd rather not miss her party that weekend. However, I will be personally monitoring the feed from Colorado. If anyone reading this would like to volunteer to run the camera on Saturday and/or Sunday, please e-mail me at
r_crass@yahoo.com
.
Thanks,
Rachel
