Hey guys,

I just wanted to put a little plug out there for Donny Shankle's new blog.

He is a 3x National Champion, and a multiple time US World Team Member. There is going to be a bible verse read daily from Donny, as well as lifting advice. He is going to be posting daily. It is definitely worth reading guys, he is an extremely motivational guy and even more inspiring in person.

I was very excited when he said he was going to start a blog. He is one of the most respected veteran lifters in this country. It will be awesome to read about his lifting stories.

"Heels" is a must-read. I shared Donny's blog with a few non-lifting friends, and even they were moved.

And when is his voice-over career gonna take off?? A natural.
