Hope you don't mind me loggin her, i hope to get usefull tips from weightlifters...
im not a weightlifter but a (wanabe) strongman, BUT my main focus in gym lifts are on oh and i think weightlifting is totally awesome...
my stats suck big time but im trying my best, i dont know if i should only post my weightlifting workouts or also my strongman training, suggestions? Ow, im dutch, i've got some scottish friends and studied to be an english teacher so I should be okay but im not a native speaker so please go easy on me if i make lots of mistakes in my posts.

pushjerk 105kg barbell, 110/106kg log (different logs)
(power)snatch 70kg
(power)clean 105kg
frontsquat 145kg
back squat 190kg powerstyle, 160kg full depth
bw: 107kg
height: 191cm
age: 20 years young

Comment: easy cardio, no need to rush any of this, ill built it up slowly

I don't know much about strongman training, it's more likely that I'd be the shortie in a shortie tossing contest. I hope you get the feedback you are looking for.

If you want to be strong limit your cardio at under 15/20 minutes, you can do twice a day though,
because aerobic activity burns muscles better than fasting, starting from 15/20 minutes.
