Hope you don't mind me loggin her, i hope to get usefull tips from weightlifters... im not a weightlifter but a (wanabe) strongman, BUT my main focus in gym lifts are on oh and i think weightlifting is totally awesome... my stats suck big time but im trying my best, i dont know if i should only post my weightlifting workouts or also my strongman training, suggestions? Ow, im dutch, i've got some scottish friends and studied to be an english teacher so I should be okay but im not a native speaker so please go easy on me if i make lots of mistakes in my posts.
