Strange Lift Numbers

I have a question/oddity about my lifts.  Coming back from injury this is the most I had done for lifts compared to preinjury.

Post/Pre
Clean and Jerk 90/115
Snatch 72.5x2/87.5x1
Back Squat 330/did 375 (estimated 385 from reps did during program)
Front Squat 295/315

First of all clean and jerks are probably higher since 90 was not very hard at all, 97.5 or 100 is probably the proper estimate.

But my question is why are some of my numbers close to what I was doing before but my squat is lagging behind so bad.  Even if you use what I did besides the projected number (20 kilo difference) it is still the furthest behind but my front squat (9 kilo difference) is almost to what my max was?  Why is that?

I think that you've lost about a proportionate amount on all your lifts.

cj: 100/115 = .87
snatch (guess 77)/87= .885
back squat 330/380 = .868
front squat 295/315 = .936   

All these decimal values are pretty similar except front squat. What did you do in training after the injury? Emphasize/de-emphasize? Might hold the key.

I never thought to look at it in percent of my max.  Feel a little dumb.  But all I did coming back was back squats for 6 weeks (6 week russian squat) and then started on olympic lifts again.  So my back squat should be high and my front squat should be low since I neglected front squats. However, I have always tended to be a pretty good front squatter for some reason.
