snatch
pull 100% (of best snatch) and maximums
used to do hang snatch and tried power cleans with a snatch grip once

I see how it may help from a power pov. If the lift isn't restricted by the catching portion of the exercise, then maybe it improves the lifter's explosive power... maybe...
