^ Has a free, incredible book by the great Jim Halliday on Olympic lifting & bodybuilding.  Probably one of best Oly/bodybuilding books there is pre-juice.  If I had a time machine I'd go back and make sure Dr Zeigler would have done what he wished in his deathbed "...I'd go back and take that chapter out of my life".  There simply isn't a single good thing anabolic steroids have done for normal, healthy people ever nor ever will.

I am convinced that the C&P, expecially if done w/ an alternating split, will provide all the exercise a man needs.  I may have slightly mistitled this thread.  It should have been C&P for Health.

Following an all-meat diet is definitely a step in the right direction, despite all the outright & total **** the medical establishment & USRDA spew out. > http://www.biblelife.org/abrams.htm
