Tnx dbneon, if I can give advice from my little experience... Regardless of what training regime you follow (old soviet, bulgarian, east german, chinese or other), the main thing is to stay focused and not have big breaks and you will improve.  :)thumbsup

Jump on 125cm plates

Zadnji cucanj 250kg back squat

Do you train for a different sport as well, like throwing events? Somebody with your size and power is often involved in such things

Other people asked me that question too, but I was never interested in such events.
