Hi to everyone.

Im 23, collage student and weightlifter, currently Im training 2y and 2 months.

My PRs are: Snatch 150kg, CNJ 175kg .... bw: 130kg

Unfortunately I dont have coach so I learnt technique all by myself and this webpage had great impact on me positive way.

1 month ago i hurt my wrist when i did 150kg snatch so last 30 days  I did only front squats, back squats and good mornings.

There are my lifts and I will post more in future.

Nabacaj na snagu 150kg Powerclean

Trzaj - Snatch 142,5kg and 145kg

Zadnji cucanj - back squat 232,5kg

Nabacaj - Clean 180kg


Feel free to comment my lifts.

Majority of my traninig consists of: Snatch, clean and jerk, power snatch, power clean(+power jerk), back squats, front squats, good mornings.

Rarely I do: presses, bench presses, pulls...

Wow great power. You also have a great angle in your legs in the deep snatch position.

I have been lifting for the same amount of time for you but you have got a great front squat, snatch,C&J compared to your back squat. I can squat 230 but cannot lift as much as you in the other lifts. Congrats!

Also hope you will you will outlift my PRs so I will get more motivation to lift more when my hand recover. It allways good to have competitive environment  so when you hit something big  , record it!  :)thumbsup
