Good luck with the knees, is the wrist better now?

do you usually focus on one particular lift in each workout, either snatch or clean&jerk, followed by pulls?

like power snatch, snatch pull
clean, clean pull, deadlift (squatting somewhere in there, you don't seem to do many squats)

these days i tend not to follow a set training program i do what i feel i need to do.

yes it would be  exercise order like this

(power) Snatch, Snatch Pull, squat

Cleans (and jerk) clean pull, DL

Clean, front squat

Squats, sn pull,clean pull

i do more squats when i can at present im doing some leg press because of the knee injury

the only exercises that dont hurt anywhere at moment are pulls so that why im doing 10-15 sets in a workout
