the above workout of snatch,cleans and the pulls was quite a long one doing quite a lot of warm up sets with my little injuries at moment got to gym at 11.30 left at 2 (quite a bit of talking with my brother) but usual seesion alone in my garage are more like hour and a half maybe 2 hours tops.

cut down week comp on saturday (am BW 84kgs)
bike 15 mins
Power Snatch 40x5 50x3 60x2 70x2 80 3x1
Power Clean and Jerk 40x3 70x3 90x1 100x1
bike 30 mins
play around with the bar on thurs/fri at work and more cardio wont hurt

Yes Shaun BW is not a problem (for a change) did my knee on 150 squats the other week getting it x ray now. will most probably just do one snatch and one jerk enought to qualify (its only 165)

1st comp of the year Southern Masters
BW 84.79 Snatch 100 Pass Pass CJ 115 125 130 230
knee strapped and lots of pain killers
Qualified for British Madsters and apparently World Masters in Cyprus in October
if i do lift in Cyprus the maybe down to 77k aim 260/270 total depending on injuries

yes pain free was the important thing getting knee xray next week next comp 5 weeks Welsh champs following week British Masters ! may give the Welsh a miss (long way to travel) cost ?
