Coming back from a wrist injury Aim currently doing Squats, deadlifts cleans and heavy snatch pulls to compensate and reg clean pulls and doing cardio to get down to 85 class
Comp in March 2011 British masters qualifier
aim at 85 (power) snatch depends on wrist 90 CJ 120-130
next year ultimate aim World / European Masters 115-140 at 77k class
I will Start this In the new Year properly

Power Snatch 90x2 - wrist heavily strapped 80% better
Snatch Pull 110 4x5 solid high and fast
Front squats 130 2x1 115x5 no aggravation on wrist time to build up big time !!

next competition - if I want it 8th jan !!!! yes I kid you not a week away still contenplaiting weather to lift and if I can get day off work
try Sn and CJ for singles later today to see where Im at should be interesting

Good luck! The meet is pretty soon, but if it's your first in a long time, some light but good looking lifts will at least set a minimum standard for next time. Consider it a workout?

yes definatly just a workout the QT is only 165 at 94 class so 100-125 is nothing may even start really stupidly light and take big jumps
80-90-100 (maybe power snatches with wrist)
110-120-130
depending on tonights workout
